Job Description:
- Attend and answer inbound calls from customer/ client
- Identify their technical issues on pre-unifi
- Assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution
- Trouble shooting in Bahasa, English and Mandarin
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to communicate in Bahasa/ English/ Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience in Customer Service/ Telesales or any related field
