Job Scope:
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate sales & marketing forces to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets are met.
• Keeping up to date with markets and competitors.
• To counsel and advise students & parents on overseas study options
• To assist students and parents with course applications, study visa submission, and accommodation arrangement
• To attend education exhibitions and fairs and able to work during the weekend
• To attend administrative functions
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required
• To work with a team of counsellors to achieve company sales target
• To support seasonal marketing events e.g., Open Day, School Fair, & etc.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in counseling, marketing, and promotions, OR any organization with involvement in sales with track records.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
• Required language(s): English, Malay (Mandarin will be added as an advantage)
• Outgoing & pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills, and customer service skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel, both outstation and overseas
