Duties & Responsibilities ✅Handling of daily account operation activities ✅Ensuring all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained ✅Ensuring the accounts are worked and followed up thoroughly and in a timely manner ✅Handling of petty cash claim reimbursement ✅Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary i.e. Auditor, tax agent, bankers ✅Handling any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management ✅Prepare monthly expenses and cash flow forecast ✅Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing ✅Assist in office daily operations and general administrative tasks ✅Prepare and manage consultant tender document ✅Manage on the company’s claims and reimbursable
Requirements ✅Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or Finance ✅Able to speak/write in Bahasa Malaysia/English ✅Proficient computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office ✅Accounting Software ✅Able to work as a team or independently ✅Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Working Hours: Mon-Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm : Friday 9.00 am - 6.00pm
