We are looking for a dedicated & reliable staff for our new F&B business located in Desa Sri Hartamas. Motta Delights is a provider of Malaysian cuisine food products. It offers bread, desserts, noodles, kid's meals, rice, Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisine food products, beverages, roti canai, naan, coffee, and more. We are air-conditioned local cuisine restaurant in Desa Sri Hartamas.Salary : 1800 - 4000
Job Type : Full Time / Permanent
Shift & Schedule : Weekend & Public Holiday jobs / Rotational shift
Outlet vacancies & starting date : Desa Sri Hartamas / expecting mid of July2023
Responsibilities :
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Providing highest quality of service standards, describe menu items, interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and recommend products to customers based on their preference.
• Ensure every drink/food serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Track inventory and report any discrepancies or shortages to manager.
• Communicate customer feedback to manager and recommend new menu items.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Punctuality, good working attitude.
• A happy, friendly, positive and approachable manner.
• Great communication skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage.
