Responsibilities: • Implementation and integration of networking equipment routers, switches, firewalls, proxies and security appliances • Troubleshoot, resolve, and find out root cause of network and security issues manage and support existing server, desktop, laptop and peripherals. • Keeping the network up to date with the latest technology in order to meet the system needs of the organization. • Prepare network documentation such as network diagram, network design with rationale of design, implementation plan and Power Point slides on proposals for new features to address network issues. • Manage and support existing server, desktop, laptop and peripherals. • Responsible for administrating IT Security. • Maintaining network security features and keeping systems up to date on the latest security protocols. • Responsible for maintaining hardware/software licenses, support, and maintenance agreements. • Ensure disaster recovery/business continuity procedures are in place and validated annually. • Project manage implementation of infrastructure technology refresh and upgrades. • Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science. • Possess at least 1-2 years’ experience in relevant Technical Solutions or IT environment. • An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of your employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands. • To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user. • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren't technically trained. • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, writing and technical problem-solving skills. • The skill to take on a variety of tasks and pay attention to detail. • Analytical and problem-solving ability. • Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients, and groups of staff across an organization. • Organizational skills and the ability to priorities your workload.
