Handle incoming calls from customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skill to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up and resolve customers’ inquiries and issues Retain customers by recommending products and services that best serve customers’ needs Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) To make outbound calls to existing customer Convince customer and promote product To ensure all data provided been contacted by daily basis
JOB HIGHLIGHTS: Near with public transport (mrt, lrt) Office work hours 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.( Half day on Saturday) Basic salary up to 2,000-2,500 (depends on experience) EPF& SOCSO included Annual leave, emergency leave & Medical leave provided
