Review and collect all necessary information, analyze and contact relevant departments to provide appropriate handling, directly solve and follow to the end
Suggest improvements to the process or find mistakes, follow up closely these mistakes are coached and not repeated
Excellent time management: ability to multi-task to solve issue for Customers, while managing time.
Polished delivery: ability to communicate in a structured and professional manner.
Quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively.
Near with public transport (mrt, lrt)
Office work hours 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.( Half day on Saturday)
Basic salary up to 2,000-2,500 (depends on experience)

Annual leave, emergency leave & Medical leave provided
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team-player.
