Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and promoting high level portfolios and other financial products
Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications
Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Salary up to 2000-2500 (basic + commission)
EPF, SOCSO, Annual leave &Medical leave
Office work hours from 8.00 – 5.00PM
Walking distance from public transportation (LRT Kerinchi).
Training + allowances will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
