JOB DESCRIPTION: Engage with customers by telephone/whatsapp to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Review policy & terms to determine compliance matters. Maintain and update SOP and record. Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff. REQUIREMENTS: Malaysian Citizen Minimum SPM or higher Preferably with outspoken personality Computer Literate (microsoft office (word, excel) Excellent communication skills including active listening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer complaints Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization. Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned preferred.
