JOB DESCRIPTION: Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email. In charge outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting. Provide an overview and upsell the products and services. Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers. Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization. Handle sales, products & services enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS: SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field. Required language(s): BM & English; Mandarin will be added advantage Minimum 1 year experience in the area of telemarketing / telesales (call centre is advantageous). Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs. Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills. Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
