Job description• Responsible for the full spectrum of General HR functions covering day-to-day management of the HR administrative/operations/system support function of the department; not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, Performance Management System, Training & Development, Industrial Relations and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and standards
• Develop, review and update overall HRM strategies, systems, tactics, policies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
• To take charge of employee relations, performance & disciplinary issues as well as strategic HR support
• Implement HR policies & procedures, provide advice to line management on HR policies and procedures to ensure Employment Act & other statutory compliance
• Establish and maintain the quality system that is in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and any other applicable standards and regulatory requirements, and promote improvement within the organization
• Lead and facilitate activities related to internal and external audits in relation to Quality Management System
• Responsible to ensure that documents and records created under the Quality Management System comply with all applicable requirements
• Develop training materials and applicable test and guides, and provide training and guidance to employees
• Building cooperative working relationships within the organization
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 8 years working experience
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Quality Management System establishment and auditing roles
• Required skill(s): Business Corporate Management, Quality Management System, Corporate Business Translation and Communication (English, Malay)
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills, people approach attitude and proven leadership
