• End-to-end processing of company’s payroll and maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures • Processing payroll for local and foreign workers • To ensure payroll datelines are met with accuracy • Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets • Calculating employee work hours • Calculating employee benefits and deductions • Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software • Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations • Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks • Preparing payroll reports • Distributing payment statements • Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions • Entering new employee data into the company database • To liaise with statutory bodies e.g. EPF, SOCSO, HRDF on any related issues if required • To assist in office administration for daily operation • Ensuring employees welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment contract • Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time • Helping in recruitment and selection process. Prepare interview schedule and coordinate interview session • Assist in new staff on-boarding program e.g. preparing staff access car, ID card, training, attendance recording, preparing documents for orientation, etc • Ensure attendance board is updated in an orderly fashion • Maintain proper filing system to ensure information is up-to-date for easy reference & retrieval
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/ Business Studies/ Administration or any related discipline • At least 4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position • Required Skills(s) : Microsoft Office (Excel,Word), Communication Skills • Preferable Senior Executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent • Analytical and detailed oriented • Requires good interpersonal and communication skills • Able to work independently and work under pressure • Ability to work to deadlines • Maturity in thinking and ability to execute plans • Able to start work immediately • Salary will be commensurate to candidate’s qualification and experience • Experience in Security Services is an added advantages • Language required - Bahasa Malaysia & English
