Requirement-Understanding about e-commerce process
-Collecting product from overseas product and listing on local platform cyclically using our program(will teach)
-Make sure to manage the account local platform(lazada/lelong/mudah)
(CS/Stock control/Monitoring/Manage to handle the orders)
-Summary for sales record
-Manage the seller shop account given.
-Handling customer service for the company's seller stores.
-Handling the orders (Purchasing, applying, record, monitoring, customer service).
-Handling the products (analysis, re-arrange, update cyclic minimum 2 weeks once).
-Handling the customer chats (Provides product, promotion, pricing, shipment information by clarifying customer requests, forwarding information, and answering questions).
-Perform the target profit given.
