SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Lubricant Oil) POSIM PETROLEUM MARKETING SDN BHD – Shah Alam/Melaka/Alor Setar/Kuantan/Kota Kinabalu/Kuching
Key Responsibilities: • To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Battery, Car Accessories etc) in assigned territory. • To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion. • Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner. • Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers. • Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve the sales target set by the company. • Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.
Job Requirements: • Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest. • Candidate must possess driving license and own car. • Minimum SPM qualification. • Required language(s): Mandarin as you need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers. • Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment. • At least one year of sales working experiences in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry.
