Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee outlets operations
-Knowledge of operating procedures in store operations and merchandising
-Basic knowledge on Franchisee Framework
-Develop successful sales plans to grow your store's profitability
-Able to assist in managing outlet sales by executing
-Implement new product lines and create strategies to introduce and promote them to our customers
-Able to prepare and brief staff on new marketing promotions
-Set standards and model behaviour for optimum customer service
-Recruit, train, develop and motivate your employees
-Interview & select job applicant for rank positions
Requirements:
-Min Degree holder in any field
-Passionate in Retail line & willing to take up leadership and ownership of the role
-Willing to commit in Retail hours
