Responsibility To attend incoming calls/messages, mail & email enquiries from customers. To build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs. To manage the processing of customer orders placed through phone call @ email. To responsible for handing customer service for walk-in customer or phone calls enquiries from customers. To keep up to date on new or enhance product knowledge in order to maintain high level of quality service to customers.
