COMMERCIAL AND SALES ADMIN Selangor - Damansara Perdana
Responsibilities: • Generate and handle invoices, monthly stock reconciliation report, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Credit Note. • Manage customers’ orders and stocks by using AutoCount System. • Preparation sales and stock reports. • To provide administrative support to the sales department. • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure goods are delivered on time. • Liaise on shipping and documentation matters. • Ensure all debts are collected timely. • To ensure general administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements: • Diploma and Degree holders in any discipline. • A meticulous person with high sense of urgency. • Computer literate (MS Office). • Knowledge of AutoCount software is an advantage. • High integrity, organized, honest, good interpersonal and responsible. • Strong team player, yet able to work independently. • Good communication skills and able to communicate at all levels. • Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply. • Willing to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage.
What we offer: • Salary ranging from RM2,300 – RM2,700. • Working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday).
