Responsibilities: • The key responsibilities are to provide a full range of HR, secretarial, administrative duties and any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management /Secretarial or equivalent • At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably executives specializing in HR & Administration • Must have a pleasant personality • Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Melayu • Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel • Able to work independently with less supervision and liaise with staff and management at all levels. • Well-organized, self-motivated, strong initiative, responsible and committed and able to multi-task • Reliable and trusted capacity to handle confidential information
